A comprehensive induction
and orientation program

Working at ADF Health Services is a role like no other. While you already hold all the specialist skills required to do the role, there will be some things you’ll need to learn specific to the work environment. We’ve designed a program to support you through every step of the way: whether it’s learning about life on a military base, the Defence acronyms, or how to treat common Defence injuries, we have you covered.

You'll receive:

  • Serco induction: that introduces you to Serco—who we are and how we work

  • Defence force base induction: an onsite orientation to Defence and the individual Health Centre you will be working in

The induction and orientation of each staff member is tailored to each individual craft group and health centre.
