Working with us, you’ll have exclusive access to Sonder – an easy-to-use and confidential safety, medical and mental healthcare service that you can access on and off the job.

It provides everything from confidential expert 24/7 medical and wellbeing support to helpful articles on managing anxiety, financial concerns, and real-time location-based safety features for all Serco colleagues and their immediate family.

Our independent charity arm, the Serco People Fund, supports our current and retired team members and their close families when they face extraordinary financial challenges.

The Serco People Fund provides aid for a wide range of situations (in response to applications) and, where helpful, connects our people to other forms of assistance.
