Welcome to our award-winning, innovative connection program, Care2Connect! 

 

Our Care2Connect program offers a range of activities to support aspiring and former employees on their career journey and helps us stay connected. 


Care2Connect offers participants networking and professional development opportunities, with the aim of informing members on new employment opportunities across Serco as they arise.


Serco operates in a dynamic service environment, and we are often asked by our government clients to respond quickly. When this happens, we prioritise reaching out to our Care2Connect community members first, to let them know about new job opportunities, not only for themselves but family and friends. Employee referrals are also an important source of new people and skills for our business – we encourage our Care2Connect members to refer friends and family for roles as they become available across our business.

The work we do in Serco Citizen Services touches the lives of people across Australia, every day. We make a positive impact by helping people access government services, improving road safety and helping commuters travel around our cities on public transport. In everything we do, we address our customers’ needs through innovative design and efficient delivery of service solutions, utilising technology and efficient, agile operational models.


This enables us to help governments meet the growing demands placed upon them by digital transformation, empowered citizens, growing populations, and the need to do more and deliver quality services with less.
