We’re seeking a Workforce Compliance Officer to join our Onboarding and Compliance team. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting employee compliance processes that keep our services running smoothly. You’ll ensure our AHSC employees meet all role-related requirements while working alongside a high-performing team committed to quality and continuous improvement.

As a Workforce Compliance Officer in the Onboarding and Compliance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Ensuring all employee compliance items are tracked and approved.
  • Monitoring records and escalating pending noncompliance risks.
  • Coordinating training access, bookings, and reimbursements.
  • Assisting with compliance reporting and data analysis.
  • Managing documentation and the group email inbox accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team through quality improvement initiatives.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
