Make an impact at Serco

You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. From managing inventory records and data entry to coordinating shipments and supporting compliance processes, your attention to detail will help keep everything on track.

As a Warehouse Administrator in the Centre Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining inventory records
  • Supporting administration functions such as filing, purchasing, reporting, and correspondence
  • Coordinating stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  • Managing the ordering, receipt, and return process of goods and assets
  • Supporting asset disposal and procurement processes within policy guidelines
  • Delivering professional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Experience in administration related to inventory, procurement, or logistics
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desired, not essential)
  • The ability to meet compliance requirements, including Police Check and clearance by Corrective Services NSW
