Compensation: Competitive hourly rates + Superannuation (including weekend, late shift, night shift rates, crib breaks, penalties, and 6 weeks of annual leave)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse (Ward), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to patients within the ward.
Key duties will include developing and maintaining comprehensive patient care plans, conducting thorough patient assessments, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and ensuring precise documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
ABOUT THE HEALTH CENTRE
Located 15km east of Darwin, Robertson Health Centre provides medical services to approximately 2,800 Defence personnel, with an additional 2,500 US Marines accommodated during biannual rotations. The facility offers primary medical, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy, and mental health services, and operate a 22-bed 24/7 ward.
ABOUT YOU
- Registration: Current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' full-time or part-time post-graduate experience in acute or primary healthcare settings
- CPD Compliance: Participation in recent Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities, in accordance with AHPRA requirements
- Certification: Valid HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate
- Citizenship: Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance
- Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
