Are you ready to lead procurement initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes? As a Procurement Specialist in our Facilities Management team, you'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to enhance value, minimise risk, and champion contract excellence. Your experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management will help shape future-ready procurement solutions that directly support our hospital’s operational excellence.
As a Procurement Specialist in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships as the key contact for contracts
- Applying strategic category and contract management approaches
- Collaborating with experts to develop and negotiate service contracts
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legislation
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing supplier compliance
- Driving supplier performance management and resolving disputes
Serco is a place for you
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- 2+ years’ experience in procurement and contract management
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and end-to-end procurement
- Background in facilities or asset management (preferred)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, ICT or Legal (highly desirable)
