Make an impact at Serco

Lead the future of healthcare infrastructure at one of Western Australia’s premier facilities. As the General Manager, Infrastructure and Equipment at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll oversee the operations of a $1.6B facility and over 500,000 maintainable assets. You’ll shape strategic direction and provide leadership to a large, diverse team. Reporting to the Contract Director, you’ll be a trusted advisor and change leader across hospital operations.

 

As a General Manager in the Infrastructure and Equipment team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

 

  • Leading strategic direction for infrastructure and equipment services
  • Managing operational and financial performance across the portfolio
  • Building trusted relationships with WA Health and external partners
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders to grow team capability and succession
  • Overseeing asset lifecycle planning and compliance standards
  • Championing safety, innovation, and quality improvement

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

 

  • Extensive experience in Hard Facilities Management, ideally in healthcare
  • Demonstrated success leading complex facilities operations and large teams
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
  • A qualification in Engineering or a related field desirable but not essential
