About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly, as well as initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
• Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
• Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities by AHPRA.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.

About Edinburgh
Edinburgh Health Centre is located 25km North of Adelaide, at RAAF Base Edinburgh. This super-base accommodates 3500 personnel from the Australian Army and RAAF, as well as being home to the RAAF Institute of Aviation Medicine. The health centre operates a 16-bed low dependency ward 24/7. It also provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, pharmaceutical and rehabilitation services. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday–Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
