As a provider of essential public services, Serco aims to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce that is representative of the people and communities we serve. We support the empowerment of First Australians through our Reconciliation Action Plan and existing relationships with over 20 Indigenous enterprises.
Serco has released its new Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2022-2024, during NAIDOC Week, reinforcing its commitment to supporting positive outcomes for First Nations peoples, communities and organisations.
Launched in 2021, the First Nations Employment Hub is an employment and mentoring scheme for new entrants to the workforce and people seeking a new career path. Over 12 months, Aspirants will work in an entry-level role within Serco while receiving individual mentoring, group training and study opportunities.
